You have tons of options. Frankly, it has to be a good fit for both of us. We're going to be a team, afterall! With that said, I have decades of experience helping people like you get the results you want.
The other reason is is - I live it! I train four to six times per week, including weight training, martial arts (I'm working on my 2nd degree black belt in Tracy's Kempo Karate), boxing and kickboxing. I won't ask you to do something I haven't or wouldn't do myself.
Finally, I try and keep things interesting. There's not much I can't discuss during our workouts. I'm pretty interested in most things. I keep the workouts moving, but conversation makes it easier.
